Shipping Policy
48 Contiguous United States
Shipping costs for orders placed on this site or over the phone are based
on the weight, size of the items and its destination. The shipping cost
will either be outlined within item category shipping page or quoted by
a customer service representative. Our business days are Monday-Friday,
excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Standard Ground (3-7 business days)
Many of smaller items or single box quantities may be shipped to the 48
contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your
order to arrive within 3-7 full business days.
offer only applies to shipments within lower 48 states, no exceptions.
Standard Freight for Oversized Items
(5-10 business days)
Some heavy or oddly shaped items must be shipped alone via a freight trucking
company. Usually, Oversized Items arrive in 5-10 business days after leaving
the warehouse. The delivery company should contact you by phone to schedule
a delivery date and time window. Typically, there will be a minimum of
a four-hour time frame for the delivery and an adult must be available
to accept, inspect, and sign-for the delivery. The item will be delivered
to your designated shipping address. The total charge does not include
inside delivery, removal of cartons, or assembly. When your order is delivered,
immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have
occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the
contents of the package. It is normal for the carton to show some wear;
however, if damage did occur please contact a Customer Service Specialist
immediately by calling 303-745-2402. It is not necessary to contact customer
service if the box is damaged, but your product is acceptable. DO not
ship the items back unless you have been authorized to do so by customer
service representative and received authorization code.
Expedited Ground and Freight Shipping
If you require faster delivery time of your order please contact our sales
department. Most of the time your shipment could be expedited for an additional
cost.
Alaska or Hawaii (14-21 business
days)
Items that ship to Alaska or Hawaii usually take longer time for delivery.
Please expect your items to arrive in 14-21 business days after leaving
the warehouse.
P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
In Stock Items
Most orders for In-Stock Items begin the order process as soon as your
online/fax/or over the phone purchase is completed. Your In-Stock Items
will be shipped within 24-48 hours once your payment is approved, and
the receiving address is verified.
Advanced Sale Items
Advanced Sale Items are items that are not yet in stock, but have to be
either custom fabricated or shipped from Europe. An Advanced Sale Item
you order is shipped directly to you once it is in stock. You will be
notified of the status of your Advanced Sale Item via e-mail. All Advanced
Sale Items are manufactured or specifically shipped from Europe to fulfill
your order. Please note, expected shipment times appearing on the invoice
specify when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the
item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves
our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you
select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.
Shipping Rules and Restrictions
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday,
excluding federal holidays within the United States. The shipping cost
shown for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay for the
item. Your actual shipping and handling cost will computed upon completion
of the order. Depending on the item(s) you purchase on denver-ceilings.com
and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping
methods may be used. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and
charges that will be applied to your order. At the time of your order
confirmation, you will be notified of the specified courier and expected
delivery date. Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based
on the weight of the item, size and destination. Please allow for additional
shipping and handling time for all oversized items shipping via a freight
trucking company.
Oversized Items
Usually, Oversized Items arrive in 5-10 full business days after leaving
the warehouse. Most Oversized Items leave the warehouse within 1-2 full
business days. Because this is a larger and heavier item, it can only
be sent via ground freight; therefore expedited shipping could still be
possible in some case. The freight trucking company is not responsible
for unloading the item from the truck or carrying the item into the building.
Your item is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that
you have someone with you to help you unload the item and carry it inside.
Tracking your order
At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages almost immediately
after the items are processed for shipment. However, it may take up to
48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking
system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our
warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide
any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.
Finding your order status
Check your email. We always require you to provide an email address at
the time of order confirmation; you will receive emails at your address
keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order. If you have questions
